In 1992 and 1993, Peter Andre defied the odds by becoming a pop star in Australia when the last thing the country was looking for was a singing, dancing, muscle-flexing R&B pop hero. In 1995 he achieved the near-impossible again by repeating the same feat across Europe. In the UK alone he achieved three no.1 singles (the unforgettable 'Myserious Girl' along with 'Flava' and 'I Feel You') and a further 11 UK top 20 singles. After 1998, Andre retreated from the music industry until a 2004 appearance on the British TV jungle realty show 'I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here' which resulted in the no.3 smash hit 'Insania'. Since then Andre has continued to tour and release new material including a change of style with two swing albums. 2019 will mark 25 years in the business, performing his best loved hits from his early years to his most recent tracks that have reignited the hearts of the nation.

Nu-soul boy band Damage were best known in the late '90s and early 2000s for their smooth looks and striking vocals. They were one of the biggest bands of the decade and still have a large fanbase. Led by Andrez Mcleod, the quintet was formed at school at the beginning of the decade when Mcleod, Jade Jones, Coreé Richards, Rahsaan J. Bromfield and Noel Simpson were all teenagers. They made quick inroads into the UK singles chart and the second single "Love II Love" reached number 12 while the follow-up "Forever" was a number 6 hit. Their debut album 'Forever' followed in the Spring of 1997, along with two further UK Top 10 singles, "Love Guaranteed" and a cover version of Eric Clapton's "Wonderful Tonight", the latter reaching number 3.

Instead of disappearing into 'Pop Oblivion', he carved out a very successful career for himself, having hits and travelling worldwide. In the UK alone, he sold 3.5 million records, released 3 albums and had 4 number 1 singles. In 2009 Gareth auditioned and impressed Sir Cameron MackIntosh and accepted the role of Marius, in the 25th anniversary tour of Les Miserables. He has since performed a successful 'Boogie Nights' concert tour with the legendary Osmonds and he continues a successful career in musical theatre.
