Liverpool International Music Festival - Turn Up The Radio: JLS + Little Mix + Eliza Doolittle + Union J + Stooshe + Diana Vickers + A*M*E + The Vamps + Charlie Brown + Tich
Liverpool International Music Festival replaces the Mathew Street Festival which ran in the city for 20 years. Internationally renowned artists will play at multiple free and ticketed events across the city during August and September.
JB, Aston, Marvin and Oritsé reached the final two of the X Factor back in 2008 - the first group ever to get that far on the show. Since then, their success has been nothing short of staggering, with sold-out arena and stadium tours, number one singles and multi-platinum albums. They have also won four MOBO Awards and two 2010 BRIT trophies to date. The group have decided to go their separate ways following their Greatest Hits Tour at the end of 2013, saying: "It has been the most incredible journey over the last 6 years and we have achieved more things than we could have ever dreamed possible."

Perrie Edwards, Jesy Nelson, Leigh-Anne Pinnock and Jade Thirlwall became Little Mix in 2011. They have sold over 7 million records, had two UK No.1 singles and two platinum albums ‘DNA’ and ‘Salute’.
As well as a successful arena tour they have been the recipients of both a Cosmo Ultimate Woman Award and a Glamour Women Of The Year Award. With over half a billion YouTube and Vevo views worldwide, they’ve also successfully become one of Britain’s greatest exports with massive tours in the US, Australia and Japan – breaking the Spice Girls’ long-held record of highest debut US chart position for a UK girl group in the process.

Taking her name from the My Fair Lady character, Eliza is the back-to-basics singer-songwriter of soulful pop music whose antics are making a stark impression on the UK music scene. She's been making music since the age of 10, growing up listening to old Motown, hip-hop and pop music to become the embodiment of the modern-day diva. Scoring top 40 singles in 2010 with 'Skinny Genes' and the no.5 hit 'Pack Up', she returns in 2013 with 'Big When I Was A Little', a reminisce song of music, culture and fads she lived through in her childhood, including the cassette single (which the song is being released on!).

In the two years since Union J went from talented hopefuls to overnight sensations on the 2012 series of The X Factor, there has been no stopping them. Their debut hit single ‘Carry You’, the follow up smash ‘Beautiful Life’, and their self-titled debut album all hit the Top 10.
As well as a major sold out 18 date tour under their belt, they have also released two books and launched their own successful merchandise range including dolls, stationery, jewellery and most recently their very own fragrance "Amaze Me".

Salt-n-Pepa for 2012? Karis, Courtney and Alex offer an infectiously catchy, very sweary and distinctly British brand of urban pop. An 'X-rated En Vogue" said The Guardian!
Stooshe tour dates
Diana Vickers may not have won X Factor 2008, but she definitely won the hearts of the nation with her quirky style, down to earth personality and original takes on classic pop songs.
