Young For Eternity

A message from The Subways:

Dear all,
Unfortunately, owing to the Coronavirus, we are sad to announce that the upcoming dates for the UK leg of our Young For Eternity anniversary tour are being postponed. We have everybody on our team working together, with a view to rescheduling everything. All tickets will remain valid, and we will provide a more detailed announcement shortly.
Love and solidarity, Billy, Charlotte, and Josh. Xxx

The Welwyn Garden City trio (Billy Lunn – guitar/vocals, Charlotte Cooper – bass/vocals and Josh Morgan – drums) started playing in their local area in 2003 and, after beating 5000 applicants, they were picked by Michael Eavis to play at Glastonbury. Hype surrounded them in the wake of that performance, and judging by the relentless urgent energy and polished songwriting they are able to conjure up, it seems justified.

Art Brut

Art Brut appearing at this event

Art Brut are an oddball art-rock band, fronted by the ever enigmatic Eddie Argos. Known for his spoken vocals rather than a singing voice, their alt anthems, including 'Formed A Band', 'Emily Kane', 'Good Weekend' and 'Nag Nag Nag', have seen the cult band enjoy a loyal following over the years. 2013 marked their 10th anniversary and they celebrated with the release of a 2-CD retrospective called 'Top Of The Pops'. After a hiatus, Eddie and the guys 'n' gals returned in 2018, signing to the Alcopop! Records label.
