Summer Sets On The Beach: Professor Green + FIVE + Gabrielle Aplin + Stooshe + The Strypes
One of the UK's best freestylers/rappers, Professor Green (real name Stephen Manderson) made a name for himself as a battle MC from Hackney, East London, winning the prestigious freestyle night 'Jump-Off' twice in a row, which brought him to the attention of talent scouts and The Streets band member Mike Skinner. Littering his lyrics with wry pop culture references, a sharp sense of humour and honesty, Professor Green has produced and collaborated with a host of musicians, including Lily Allen.

Five are a hugely successful British boy band from the late '90s consisting of Scott Robinson, Ritchie Neville and Sean Conlon. Five enjoyed remarkable success worldwide, particularly in the United Kingdom, throughout Europe, Asia, Australasia, North and South America. They split up on 27 September 2001, after selling over 20 million records worldwide, having 11 top ten singles and four top ten albums in the UK, selling out Arena tours, and picking up just about every achievable award including Brits and MTV. The band reunited in 2013 as part of The Big Reunion documentary series on ITV2, which began airing on 31st January 2013.

Talented Wiltshire singer-songwriter Gabrielle Aplin became something of an internet sensation, notching up over 3 million plays on You Tube with her gentle acoustic cover versions of songs by Paramore and You Me At Six. She then went on to reach no.1 in the UK singles chart in 2012 with her haunting cover of Frankie's 'The Power Of Love', thanks to heavy exposure through that year's John Lewis Christmas commercial.
Not wishing to be labelled as a mere covers girl, she has also released her own self-penned or co-written material, with 2015's 'Light Up The Dark' being her most recent release. Her breathtaking combination of beautiful vocals and self-taught piano and guitar muscianship draws influences from Damien Rice, Jamie Cullum, James Morrison to Paramore and Joni Mitchell.

Karis, Courtney and Alex offer an infectiously catchy, very sweary and distinctly British brand of urban pop. An 'X-rated En Vogue" said The Guardian!
Stooshe tour dates
Young upstarts The Strypes are a four piece rhythm and blues band hailing from Cavan, Ireland, formed in 2011 by Ross Farrelly (lead vocals/harmonica), Josh McClorey (lead guitar/vocals), Pete O'Hanlon (bass guitar/harmonica) and Evan Walsh (drums).
The group viciously hammer out no-nonsense blues influenced by the likes of Dr. Feelgood, Chuck Berry, The Yardbirds, The Rolling Stones, Little Walter and Bo Diddley. They have picked up some famous fans, with the likes of Jeff Beck, Paul Weller, Noel Gallagher, Dave Grohl, Roger Daltrey and Miles Kane all expressing their love of the band.
