Loopallu Festival

On paper they said it wouldn’t work, a festival in late September in a remote village on the West Coast of Scotland 60 miles from the nearest town, but that was eleven years ago. 2019 sees this friendly, small (but perfectly formed) festival return to the pier in the centre of Ullapool.
