One of the original alternative comedians of the early 1980s, Nick was nominated for the Perrier award in 1987. He was the resident compere at The Comedy Store for 10 years and in 1989 he had a BBC Radio 4 show and BBC1 TV show, both called 'Nick Revell'.
He also wrote for BBC radio classics 'Week Ending' and 'The News Huddlines' along with a host of contributors who included Ged Parsons, Oleg Stepaniuk, Nick & Roger Saunders, Michael Dines and Bob & Barbara Boulton.

Nick Revell tour dates
Award winning comedian James Sherwood is resident compere at Cheeky Chappies in London and a regular stand-up comic, touring throughout the UK, including performing at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival and making regular television appearances. His topical material and astute observations are sure to have you laughing. "Imaginative musical jokes and beautifully crafted original comedy songs. The material he offers is fresh, contemporary and pin-sharp original." -Guardian.
James Sherwood tour dates
Damian is a stand-up comic from Rye near Hastings. He started out performing comedy in Tokyo, where he was working as an English teacher, translator and magazine columnist. He returned to England in 2008 and was a finalist and runner up in several national new act competitions.
Since then he has appeared at many established comedy clubs including The Comedy Store, Banana Cabaret, Komedia, The Glee Club, The Stand, Jongleurs, Comedy Cafe, Up the Creek, Soho Comedy Club and the Kings Head. He’s also a keen festival goer, performing regular work-in-progress shows at Leicester, Brighton and Edinburgh fringes prior to his first full hour solo show, Knock Knock, in 2016 which will be performed on the Knock Knock Tour for Shelter and showcased at the Edinburgh Fringe 2016 with proceeds also going to Shelter.
