This is a bit special! An evening of Sheffield rock musical loveliness in the company of three of Sheffield's finest: The Fargo Railroad Co., Karma Sonics and Andy P Davison & The Soul Preaching Co. Wow! What a line-up!
Seriously... the gloriously beardy The Fargo Railroad Co. will be playing some new choons from their brand-new second album 'Bought and Sold' as well as many firm fan favourites. The naughty kids on the block, The Karma Sonics (including members of Roaming Son and The Cartels) will be playing their debut show, promising to rattle your falsies and ruffle your toupes. Get ready for some dirty rock. And if that wasn't enough the cool Andy P Davison will be soothingly soul preaching to the converted with his beardy buddy Andy D!
We really have outdone ourselves here. This is going to be a great night out and all for a great cause
All proceeds from the show will go to Cancer Research UK, St Luke's Hospice, and Weston Park Hospital Cancer Charity. This show is part of a month of live music organised in support of Mike Pidgeon who has worked for Thornbridge for many years and was one of the founders of the Backroom at The Greystones. We owe him! Mike is a cancer survivor and as he bows out of his job with Thornbridge at the end of 2019, Mike put out a call to arms for us to come together and use music to raise money to boost many of the organisations that helped him and others! And to have a great time doing it!
So get your tickets peeps. This is a proper one-off and it is going to be brilliant!
