Jon Wilks

Jon is a well respected music writer who often writes about folk music - brilliantly - and performs it brilliantly too. His live shows are an amusing mix of folk song performance and conversation, throwing in tidbits of weird and wonderful information about the original singers and collectors that he has come across during his writing research.

With MC Martin Simpson in attendance for this evening, we're wondering if there might be any exclusive Simpson stories that Jon can share with us tonight, but whether he does or not, this will be a great evening of lovely guitar playing and great songs.
