Are You Listening? is a one-day music festival held across Reading town centre venues and since the event launched in April 2013, it’s sold over 4,000 tickets and to date raised over £34,000 for Reading Mencap, a local charity that supports people with learning disabilities and their families.
Apart from raising awareness and funds for the charity, the festival will continue to support the local music scene from the grass roots level upwards.
The critically acclaimed multi-venue festival won Event of the Year at the inaugural Alt Reading Awards 2015 and been nominated twice (2014, 2015) for Cultural Contribution in the Pride of Reading Awards.
