Rock'n The Trust - A Benefit Show For The MVT Crisis Fund

ROCK'N THE TRUST (UK) is an 'ALL-STAR' online benefit show that will aid MVT's 'Grassroots Music Venue Crisis Service' in the UK. 'The Grassroots Music Venue Crisis Service' provides support to Grassroots Music Venues facing urgent and immediate challenges relating to COVID-19.

This global event premieres on April 17th, 2021 (Saturday) will stream via Rolling Live Studios for a week until the 24th of April, 2021. The show will stream from 8pm (GMT) / 1pm (PST) / 4pm (EST). Please see event timings for further information.

The virtual concert features a very special line up of artists, bands and celebrities performing classic covers and original music to support the live music scene and venues in need. The all-star line up features: Jesse Hughes (Eagles of Death Metal), Glen Matlock (Sex Pistols), Jesse Malin, Kyle Falconer (The View), Rosie Bones (Bones UK), Ed Harcourt, Tom Atkin, Baby Sol, Jesse Smith (Romances), Iraina Mancini, Heather Leoni (The Nova Hawks) + many more special guests!

The jam-packed online event, is shot on location in London at Hard Rock Cafe - Piccadilly Circus. The show will centre around a house band aptly named, 'The Tier Jerkers', which features talented musicians - Rex Roulette, Seye Adelekan (Gorillaz), Mat Hector (Iggy Pop) and Ben Ellis (Iggy Pop). The houseband will perform alongside the all-star lineup, with guests recording both on location and Hard Rock Cafe and remotely from their home studios.

Other special performances include a heart-warming, spoken-word submission, from UK's own - 'Tomfoolery', the UK-based poet best known for online viral sensation - 'The Great Realisation'. The online stream will also feature testimonials from celebrities and music artists, sharing their love for Grassroots Venues and how important these venues were from them, as up and coming artists in the UK and US.
