Reload Festival confirms it will bring a raft of British and US music legends to Norfolk for its two-day event later this year, on Saturday 6th and Sunday 7th September at Norfolk Showground in Norwich.
With family camping available on-site, a second stage featuring a host of DJs spinning the big sounds, trapeze artists, stilt walkers, a silent disco, karaoke and much more, Reload Festival is the place to show the kids how it’s really done.

Formed in the late 1970s by Sheffield-based computer programmers Ian Craig Marsh and Martyn Ware, The Human League evolved into one of the seminal '80s electro pop bands. Fronted by former hospital porter, Philip Oakey, and featuring Susan Ann Sulley and Joanne Catherall, the band went on to record some of the most influential songs of the decade.

'80s heartthrob Jason Donovan won nearly every Australian award during his time on Aussie soap Neighbours, and the hearts of millions. His vocal career began in 1988 when he released 'Especially for You' with Kylie Minogue and a debut solo album 'Ten Good Reasons'. Following the release of his second album in 1989, Jason became the biggest selling UK and European artist.
He kicked off a successful West End career in 1991 with a starring role as Joseph in 'Joseph and the Amazing Technicolour Dreamcoat' at the Palladium. He's since gone on to star in productions such as 'The Rocky Horror' UK Tour during the show's 25th anniversary and Priscilla, Queen Of The Desert', as well as coming third in the 2011 series of Strictly Come Dancing.

The brainchild of Martyn Ware and born from the collapse of the original Human League, 80's synth pioneers Heaven 17 have stood the test of time and been an influence on the future of modern music for over thirty years. Their debut 1981 album, 'Penthouse And Pavement', was, and remains, a modern classic. Glenn Gregory and Martyn continue to perform the hits from their overwhelming back catalogue, including 'Temptation' and '(We Don’t Need This) Fascist Groove Thang', along with unveiling their first new material in 12 years.

After two decades on the music scene and fifteen albums under their belts, 'The Lions of Ladbroke Grove' remain one of the country's best loved reggae bands. Formed in the late seventies their early hits include "Warrior Charge" and "Three Babylon", which established the band with a massive following culminating in a UK number one hit "Don't Turn Around" in 1988. The band continued their assault on the UK pop charts with tracks such as "Shine", "Shy Guy", amongst many more.

The Pearson siblings, dubbed the British Black Royal Family of Pop, and Britain’s answer to the Jackson Five by the media, burst onto the scene in 1983 and were managed by their father, Buster Pearson.
After performing a sizzling rendition of a song named 'Problematic' for the BBC’s Pebble Mill at one Show the group signed with a major record label TENT/RCA and released their 1985 debut album 'Luxury Of Life' and the rest is, as they say, a phenomenal pop history. Renowned for their dynamic sound and fabulous dance routines they rocked the British and US Pop Charts in the 80s and became a great inspiration to many young people worldwide.
Five Star were the youngest British group to have a number 1 album and the first group to achieve 7 consecutive hit singles from one album in the UK. They also broke Michael Jackson’s record of becoming the youngest group ever to top the British charts and the first Black group to top the UK charts in 1987.

Björn Again was created and founded in 1988 in Melbourne by Rod Stephen. Designed as a rocked-up, light-hearted, satirical ABBA spoof, the show rapidly achieved worldwide cult status and was acknowledged for singlehandedly initiating the ABBA revival which brought about ABBA Gold, Muriel’s Wedding and Mamma Mia!
The enduring appeal of ABBA is reflected in the ongoing success of the Björn Again show, having amassed 5,000 performances in 72 countries in 30 years. Hailed as the most popular and successful show of its type, Björn Again’s career highlights over the years are many. From performing at Buckingham Palace for Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth and The Duke of Edinburgh, to touring with Cher, Shania Twain, and playing at Wembley Arena, London’s prestigious Royal Albert Hall, London Palladium and Hyde Park.
