Set in the 1980s gay community, this fantastic play is an echoing tale of friendship, love and loss that is both comic and moving.

We follow Guy and his friends - some old and some new - over three years, as we see the unpicking of a very lonely man and his secret crush for his friend John. The mysterious “Reg”, even though he is unseen, is ever-present as the group experience high times and low times as they face an escalating AIDS crisis.

Originally staged in 1994 at the Royal Court, My Night With Reg is a classic comedy that critically sums up modern British Theatre - with a gorgeous soundtrack and a bittersweet story that perfectly captures the fragility of life and happiness.
