'Racism and sexism don’t exist', a friend says one day. He is adamant. 'They can’t do. Especially not in the UK.'

Equal part autobiographical, equal part verbatim, For a Black Girl is our response. With two actors, one movement ensemble and over sixty characters, we will show you:

Fusing spoken word, interviews and movement, For a Black Girl is a raw, thought-provoking and satirical show. This is It Theatre is not here to give marginalised groups a voice. They already have a voice. We are here to listen.
