Convergence
Fifty years ago Camden hosted one of the UK’s first electronic music festivals. To launch its celebrations of the anniversary, Noise of Art's invited the legendary electronic pioneers, Radiophonic Workshop, to headline a special show at Convergence Festival.
They’re joined by innovator, DJ and producer Andrew Weatherall, as well as White Noise, the band behind the groundbreaking 1969 LP, An Electric Storm. White Noise’s members were also present at the 1967 event.
Completing the line up are Nordic Grammy winning act Orka, who’ll perform in collaboration with DJ Ben Osborne.
Noise of Art will be celebrating the 50th anniversary of London’s first electronic music festival - which took place at the Roundhouse in 1967 - later this year.
