William Topley, William Topley And The Sea Gypsies

William Topley is best known for the unique vocal style and brilliant songcraft that he brings to his long-term band project, The Blessing, as well as his song-writing and live collaborations with Dire Straits' Mark Knopfler.

William Topley joins here with Blessing stalwarts Luke Brighty and Dorie Jackson (plus keys and drums), playing songs from both The Blessing's two cult albums 'Prince of the Deep Water' and 'Locusts and Wild Honey' (produced by Legendary Rolling Stones Producer Jimmy Miller), through The Sea Gypsies' 'Water Taxi' right up to his latest album 'Aristocrats of the South Seas'. William's unique vocals were once praised by legendary Muscle Shoals producer Barry Beckett as "the best he'd ever worked with".
