80 million records sold, a Greatest Hits album that’s sold over 10 million copies, he remains hugely popular around the world and in the UK, shown by selling out two nights at London’s Royal Albert Hall literally in minutes, and triumphant shows at the isle of Wight festival and his last ever appearance on these shores headlining Hyde Park Calling.
