The Joneses – The Smiths tribute band
“If I was a confused, tortured teenager hearing Panic for the first time, I would burn down a disco, I'd probably assassinate the queen, and I would definitely form a group – called The Joneses."
Morrissey, in Rolling Stone, October 9th, 1986
Four individuals driven by the passion for The Smiths capture the extraordinary diversity of melody and mood in a show that has to be seen to be believed.
Beginning life in 2016, The Joneses have played throughout London and Kent to rapturous applause, reminding fans that The Smiths were even more than their incredible records, they were also an electric live band.
2018 sees the band with a new drummer and ready to take on the world, starting by playing their first Birmingham show in March, with a nationwide tour to be announced later in the year.

STONETHIEF
StoneThief was formed in 2012, starting as an informal collaboration between frontman Lee Fletcher and drummer Paul Douglas. After a couple of personnel changes the duo recruited (Toni) Manuel on bass and Antonio Ramirez on lead guitar, each bringing their own vastly different musical backgrounds into the mix.
The new band immediately began forging their unique dynamic sound: too earnest for indie and not heavy enough for metal, the band is often at a loss trying to describe their music, and reluctantly have settled for “melodic alternative rock with guts and feeling”.

Mary Maple
Mary Maple are a punk power pop trio hailing from Sandviken, Sweden. They made their first UK tour in October 2017. The main influences are The Jam, The Primitives, The Wonder Stuff, Ramones and Gene Loves Jezebel, to name a few.
Lasse was, at the age of 14, inspired by the first wave of punk in 1977 and started out as a drummer in his first band Terror. They didn’t write songs about anarchy, hate & war (although they loved The Sex Pistols and The Clash) but instead wrote songs about their reality being a mid-teen in the one industrial town of Sandviken. Complaining about not finding the latest Buzzcocks single in the local record store, pinball machines too easy to tilt and ants (instead of girls) invading your boys room in the summer time...
