Stephanie McCourt - An ex-factor ex-contestant, but not the bland pop-de-jour you'd expect, this is soulful blues, deftly played and her voice is fab, nods to Winehouse circa Frank.

Lester Franco - Classy blues infused rock with added strings and a louche Tom Waits feel to the vocals, though musically it's more Nick Cave via PJ Harvey, great stuff.

Sam Ostler - Musically, Ostler cites Elton John, U2, Take That and Celine Dion as major influences, although his sound is much more contemporary and his grasp of writing and ear for a massive pop melody are undeniable. With songs ranging from solo piano & vocal ballads to huge, full-band rockers.
