Eyelid Movies
Alt punk grunge hits some neo psych 1960s vibes and a fine thread of Radiohead cum Foo Fighters cerebral progressive grooviness, but these young fellamelads still know the worth of taking the edgy punkish route too. Great band, much, much promise.

East End Lovers
Snappy indie funk recalls The Blockheads, has the pop nouse of Supergrass and there’s maybe echos of The Libertines but pretty much their own sound, strong tunes too, great stuff.

Iron Islands
Emotive piano driven alt pop, musically a bit like early Wild Beasts, soulsearching dramatic tunes. Yea verily good.

Young Universe
Formed out of the ashes of a band called New Sunset Hotel once signed to Wet Records and supported the likes of Kodaline, Bastille, Pete Doherty. Electro pop with classic indie inflections.
