Following a triumphant career spanning more than 40 years, Åge Aleksandersen has established himself as a national treasure in Norway and also has a huge fan-base across Scandinavia.

This concert will see Åge become the first Norwegian solo artist to headline a concert at the Royal Albert Hall. In 1975 he launched a song called It's a long way to Royal Albert Hall, which tells the story of how hard it is to make a living as a rock artist in Norway, and the mark of success of playing at the Hall.

This is an once-in-a-lifetime concert with Åge and his band Sambandet and it is expected to be an electrifying evening and a great celebration of his remarkable career.

Åge has released more than 20 albums, the most recent being 2014's Sukker & Salt.
