Noel Gallagher's High Flying Birds
Needing no introduction, Noel is best known as the guitarist, occasional singer and songwriting backbone of Oasis. Since Oasis split, Noel has carved out a successful solo career under the guise of the High Flying Birds, taking the name from the song 'High Flying Bird' by Jefferson Airplane and as a homage to Peter Green's Fleetwood Mac. Noel released a highly successful debut eponymous album in 2011 which became the second biggest-selling rock album of that year in the UK, just behind Coldplay's 'Mylo Xyloto'. Several critics felt it was his best work since '(What's The Story) Morning Glory?' His second release, 'Chasing Yesterday' in 2015, reached no.1 on the UK album chart and the success story contined with 2017's 3rd album 'Who Built The Moon?', also reaching no.1.
