Barclaycard British Summer Time: Lionel Richie + Jennifer Lopez + Stooshe + Eliza Doolittle + Chic featuring Nile Rodgers
Legendary singer songwriter Lionel Richie and Latin sensation Jennifer Lopez will be performing in Hyde Park during this summer's Barclaycard Presents British Summer Time.
The soul legend who made a name for himself first with The Commodores in the '70s, before hitting world superstar status as a solo artist. Richie's career has seen him rack up sales of more than 100 million albums, 22 top 10's, five Grammys, an Oscar for Best Original Score, a Golden Globe and a host of other awards from virtually every major entertainment organisation.
He has shaped popular culture as his music has served as the soundtrack of several generations around the world. His music has remained at the forefront of his fan's milestone moments - first kiss, first wedding dance, first break up, first child. It's impossible to separate those memories and his music because they are inextricably intertwined.

Lopez has sold over 55 million records worldwide since her debut in 1999 and starred in multiple box office No.1s, including 'Monster-In-Law' and 'The Wedding Planner'. In 2001, The Wedding Planner' was the nation's top-grossing film, while her album, 'J.Lo', was No. 1 on the Billboard Top 200 Chart. The two simultaneous No. 1 honours made Lopez the first woman to have a No. 1 movie and album in the same week.

Karis, Courtney and Alex offer an infectiously catchy, very sweary and distinctly British brand of urban pop. An 'X-rated En Vogue" said The Guardian!
Stooshe tour dates
Taking her name from the My Fair Lady character, Eliza is the back-to-basics singer-songwriter of soulful pop music whose antics are making a stark impression on the UK music scene. She's been making music since the age of 10, growing up listening to old Motown, hip-hop and pop music to become the embodiment of the modern-day diva. Scoring top 40 singles in 2010 with 'Skinny Genes' and the no.5 hit 'Pack Up', she returns in 2013 with 'Big When I Was A Little', a reminisce song of music, culture and fads she lived through in her childhood, including the cassette single (which the song is being released on!).

Chic are an American disco and R&B band that were founded in 1976 by guitarist Nile Rodgers and bassist Bernard Edwards. The group, still fronted by Rodgers, are best known for hit songs including Le Freak, Dance Dance Dance, I Want Your Love, Good Times - the latter of which provided the bedrock of The Sugarhill Gang's A Rapper's Delight, the first multiple-platinum Hip Hop single. The group regard themselves as a rock band for the disco movement 'that made good on hippie peace, love and freedom'. In October 2012, Chic were nominated for induction into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame for the seventh time.
Nile Rodgers, whose 1958 Fender Stratocaster has played on an estimated $2bn worth of hit music, also has numerous producer credits to his name - including Let's Dance, David Bowie's biggest-selling album, and Madonna's blockbuster album Like a Virgin, plus records by Sister Sledge, Duran Duran and Diana Ross. In March 2013, Rodgers was profiled in the highly rated BBC4 documentary special, Nile Rodgers: The Hitmaker.
