The legendary pioneer of the Chicago blues scene, Buddy Guy, returns to London to perform at the Eventim Apollo, on Thursday 13th July, 2017.
One of the most exhilarating guitarists in the world, and still in powerful voice, Buddy is supporting his Grammy nominated release Born To Play Guitar, his latest studio album. Which see’s Guy dominate every song, from the upbeat Thick Like Mississippi Mud to the thoughtful lament, Come Back Muddy. Guy once explained that Muddy Waters’ final request to him was 'keep the damn blues alive'. He’s still doing just that.
