Winner of ITV's Show Me The Funny, this half-Iranian, half-Middlesbrough comic is a rising star on the comedy circuit. Full of an insatiable lust for life, his exuberant comedy greets the audience like a sex-starved spaniel would greet a trouser leg.
In 2012 he took part in Let’s Dance for Sports Relief on BBC, won Best Newcomer at the Loaded LAFTA Awards and Forth Radio Best Stand-Up People’s Choice Award for his hit show ‘Hug Me I Feel Good’. He played the role of the dastardly Captain Hook in ‘The Pantomime Adventures of Peter Pan’ at the Worthing Pavilion from December 2016 to early Jan 2017.
A natural-born performer, he exudes charisma from the stage (and often off it, when he scuttles into the crowd...!)
'High energy and conviction, his material is great; he's going to go far' (The Sunday Times)
'Omid Djalili meets Dave Allen' (Daily Mail)
'Monahan possesses the rare ability to be hilarious without being outrageous' (Three Weeks)
'The same mix of control and on-stage charisma as a young Alan Davies' (The Herald)
'Monahan is a supremely engaging performer, adored by his audiences and capable of some terrific comedy' (The Scotsman).
Patrick Monahan was placed in Ents24's top 5 hardest-working comedians 2017 and 2016.

'Particularly brilliant' (Fest)
'... an undiscovered genius' (The Guardian).

Apologetic Eton and Oxford alumnus, Ivo started stand-up in 2009 at the age of 18, and 8 months later became the youngest ever winner of the prestigious So You Think You’re Funny award for new acts at the Edinburgh Fringe.
Now a regular fixture in the clubs and theatres of the UK circuit, his gauche charm and crafty, self-aware wit has proved a hit with audiences of all ages, and led to appearances on multiple TV and radio shows including Live At The Apollo, Mock The Week, Comedy Central At The Comedy Store, As Yet Untitled, Live From the BBC and Fighting Talk.

The nation's favourite impressionist, also known for his brilliant stand-up and acting. McGowan is best known for his work with Ronni Ancona on The Big Impression (formerly Alistair McGowan's Big Impression), which spawned his culturally popular impressions of David Beckham, Sven-Goran Eriksson, Gary Lineker, Richard Madeley, Tony Blair, Ross Geller (Friends) and Dot Cotton (EastEnders). His one-man stand-up shows are also critically acclaimed.
"Wickedly funny mimicry"
- Sunday Mirror.
"Even if Alistair McGowan wasn't an impressionist and stuck simply to stand-up gaggery, he'd surely be one of the best comics on the circuit. As it is, he gives us a double layer of excellence"
- This Is Nottingham
