Winner of the London Comedy Festival 2001 and star of Eve Ensler's hit show, The Vagina Monologues. Shazia is lifting the veil on the world of Muslim comedy.
She is well-known for her appearances on BBC's Have I Got News For You, Beautiful People, Muslim Driving School, and The Now Show and Last Comic Standing on NBC.
A practising Muslim, Shazia is known for her deadpan delivery on her observations of her religious world. She works internationally, recently completing a six month tour of England and the United States and has appeared on BBC’s Have I Got News For You, NBC’s Last Comic Standing and CBS’s 60 Minutes.
The only female Muslim stand-up comedian, she has come a long way since starting out in Birmingham in 2000 working as a science teacher and driving up and down the country for a booking for as little as £10.
'Wonderfully life enhancing... Her laconic one-liners represent something quite unique in modern comedy' (The Guardian).

Otiz Cannelloni combines magic and the logic of stand-up to produce a hybrid comic creation. With a mind more suited to testing crash helmets, his performance fluctuates between sheer genius and downright stupidity.

Otiz Cannelloni tour dates
Since meeting at The Edinburgh Festival in 2000 Brian & Krysstal have entertained and delighted all kinds of audiences at comedy clubs, cabaret nights, festivals, corporate and private functions in locations far and wide.
Regular fixtures at The Edinburgh Festival for eight years, the duo have worked all over the UK as well as Germany, South Africa, Gozo, Spain, Denmark, Ireland, Australia and of course… Peckham.
Brian is infamously grumpy and deadpan, while his assistant Krysstal is glamorous but ditzy. The combination is unique and very funny. Their timing is exquisite, their humour dry and sometimes bawdy.
'Wonderful silliness, some cute songs, some political incorrectness, some sick vomit and poo jokes and a lot of originality. It is all done with that intangible panache, subtlety and ability to laugh at one's self that is quintessential to British humour' (Peter Bleby, Australian Stage).
Brian Damage & Krysstal tour dates
"Her conversational delivery is a treat but the chatty tone conceals some surprisingly cutting routines" The Guardian
Angie McEvoy has a sweet and laid back stage persona, fused with a dry and cutting wit. She regularly performs, either as compere or performing a set in major venues around the UK, such as Highlights, Screaming Blue Murder and Jongleurs.
