Jeff Young, Marcus Eaton

Jeff Young is an American singer, songwriter & keyboardist known for his long association with Jackson Browne & Donald Fagen (Steely Dan). Formerly based in the UK, where he was a regular here at the 606 for many years is fitting that we welcome him back for a special Fourth of July celebration, along with another of Jeff's frequent collaborators, the Idaho-born American guitarist/singer/songwriter Marcus Eaton (who's worked with Jeff in various iterations and tours of the US & Europe, including their current dates with Jackson Browne). The music is a mix of melodic original songs & groove standards with a bluesy feel, played with the consummate professionalism one would expect from two great musicians at the top of their game.
