The world’s most famous tenor Andrea Bocelli was the first classical act to be announced to play the First Direct Arena.
The Italian born singer has sold over 80 million records worldwide, and has won numerous classical Brit Awards, including the accolade of ‘International Artist of the Year’ at last year’s ceremony.
