The Good Old Days
This year it is 60 years since the hugely popular variety show The Good Old Days first aired on the BBC from the City Varieties Music Hall in Leeds. The programme ran for 30 years (1953 – 1983) and saw audiences dressed in Edwardian costume to relive the Music Hall days.
The Good Old Days still runs for several weekends a year at the newly refurbished City Varieties and this weekend it’s back with a trusty line-up of comedy and music.
Please note that the artists appearing may be subject to change.
