Red Pine Timber Co's winning blend of Americana, country, soul, blues and southern rock has rightly earned them a formidable reputation as a truly great live band.
Even more than the sum of its many talented parts, Red Pine boasts a magnetic front pairing of songwriter Gav Munro and the fabulous voice of Katie Whittaker, while Dave MacFarlane's fiddle adds an earthy Celtic flavour. The band's trump card is the imaginative brass arrangements of trombonist Chris Marshall creating an utterly unique sound, adding great depth and soul to an already combustible mixture.
