Distant Lands: A Hebridean Journey
Three of Britain’s finest woodwind players join forces to create imaginative musical journeys with stunning virtuoso playing as Cuillin Sound present an evening of live music set alongside photographs, poetry and vintage film footage from St Kilda and all across the Highlands and Islands.
The programme also includes images by leading landscape photographer Mike Bell, the poetry of Sorley MacLean and three vintage films from the 1920s and 30s.
Cullin Sound
Cullin Sound is named after the beautiful land and sea scapes around the islands of Skye and Raasay on the west coast of Scotland.
