Editors
This Birmingham-based quartet have enjoyed a rapid rise to success since they met at college in Staffordshire in 2003. An intense sound influenced by iconic bands such as Joy Division, Echo and the Bunnymen and Interpol, their success story began when their 2005 debut album 'The Back Room' reached no. 2 in the UK, selling over half a million copies. Meanwhile 2007's 'An End Has A Start' and 2009's 'In This Light And On This Evening' both reached the no.1 position, while 2013's 'The Weight Of Your Love' and 2015's 'In Dream' also hit the top ten. No mean feat for a band still considered to be 'alternative'. The band return in 2018 with 6th album 'Violence'.
