Gwyl Gardd Goll was created with the hope to provide people of all ages with a chance to enjoy contemporary music in a magnificent setting. The emphasis is on celebrating special talent from Wales and beyond, in an environment that is not only spectacular, but also affordable and welcoming to all.
The first festival was held in the summer of 2007, after the organiser Dilwyn Llwyd was inspired to create a music event in the park’s slate amphitheatre following a walking tour of historic gardens. The idea of organising a simple gig, developed into an unforgettable afternoon festival aimed at families.
