Dance-pop troupe formed in 1992 by Spanish DJs Danski and Delmundo. In 1996 they added singers/dancers Kim, Robin (replaced by Yorick in 1999), Roy and Denice to front the group. They were the first Netherlands-based act to score six successive Top 5 singles, selling more than two million in UK in 12 months.
The Vengaboys tour dates
911 are a British boy band that consists of Lee Brennan, Jimmy Constable and Spike Dawbarn. The band were formed in 1995 and released their debut single in May 1996. 911 began when Constable met Dawbarn whilst working as a dancer on the show The Hitman and Her. The two later found Brennan, and were signed by Virgin Records.
They had their first Top 10 hit in 1996 with "Don't Make Me Wait", which reached #10. Nine more successive Top 10 hits followed, including the UK number one hit "A Little Bit More". The band split up in February 2000, reforming again in 2009 and now performing around the UK.
911 tour dates
Internationally successful pop group a1 scored several Number One hits across the globe, including two UK No. 1s within 9 weeks, with a cover of a-ha's 'Take On Me', followed by the self-penned 'Same Old Brand New You'.
The trio had 8 UK Top Ten hits, 3 successful albums and were awarded a prestigious BRIT award for British Breakthrough Act in 2001.
