I’m Only In It For The Parking
“Laugh-Out Loud Funny” The Independent
Following the unprecedented success of his appearance on the final of Britain’s Got Talent 2018, BBC New Comedy Award winner and star and writer of BBC Radio 4’s comedy series, Ability, Lee Ridley (aka Lost Voice Guy) is setting out on a tour of the UK.
“Consistently hilarious” Broadway Baby
He may not be able to talk but he definitely has something to say and his comedy will leave you speechless.
“Savagely funny… He’s a bloody good comedian.” The Wee Review
Lee is the first stand-up comedian to use a communication aid and made his first stand-up appearance in February 2012. He has performed in some of the UK’s most popular comedy venues as well as in solo shows at festivals including the Edinburgh Fringe, the Brighton Fringe, Glasgow International Comedy Festival, Leicester Comedy Festival, Nottingham Comedy Festival and Liverpool Comedy Festival.
As well as winning Britain’s Got Talent this year (the first comedian to do so), Lee also won the BBC New Comedy Award in 2014 and his TV and Radio credits have included The One Show (BBC One), Voice Of The People (BBC Three), BBC At The Edinburgh Festivals (BBC iPlayer). Ability – the Radio 4 series that Lee stars in and co-wrote with Katherine Jakeways – has just been recommissioned for a second series.

Lee Ridley (Lost Voice Guy)
BGT 2018 winner Lee Ridley, aka Lost Voice Guy, is disabled but not silent. Born with Cerebral Palsy, complications at birth resulted in Lee losing his ability to speak. Undaunted, Lee started performing stand up comedy in 2012 using an iPad tablet computer, and after an unprecedented meteoric rise and publicity from local and national press, is now headlining comedy clubs across the country. 'A wondeful comedian' (Matt Lucas) 'A very funny guy' (Ross Noble).
