The People's Mosquito Project - ‘To fly; To educate; To remember’.
This project aims to build and fly a de Havilland DH.98 Mosquito FB.VI in the UK for the first time in more than 75 years. The Mosquito was an exemplar of British 1940’s aeronautical engineering, with parts built by a network of often small and medium sized enterprises across the UK. More than any other aircraft of that era, ‘The Mossie’ or ‘Wooden Wonder’ was the peoples’ aircraft.
Tickets £5 via the Barn website, to either attend in person or online via Zoom (one ticket per device).
This event will be socially distanced seating. Refreshments available through table service. Free parking on site.
