In medieval England, magic and the supernatural were a part of everyday life. Dr Tabitha Stanmore will explore what magic was used for, how far it was trusted or feared, and how it affected community relationships, by looking at common spells and beliefs.

Seating will be socially distanced so please book for your group (up to 6 people) to sit together. Adults are asked to wear a face covering unless eating or drinking. Tea, coffee, cake, and wine are available from the mini cafe. Free on-site car parking. The Barn can be on the chilly side at this time of year, so wrap up warm!

The Trust will also be live-streaming this Talk for those who do not wish to come in person. Advanced bookings for this are still required.
All tickets are £5 and must be pre-booked from Ticketsource via the Barn website.
