To maintain social distancing you must only attend with your household / bubble. A strict limit of 1 table per household applies. All ticket holders must arrive at their specified time as detailed at point of purchase, your guests must be with you at the time of entry or will be refused admission. Exits will be staggered and directed by stewards, please follow their advice.

Resale is prohibited unless via Ticketmaster's Fan-to-Fan Ticket Exchange to ensure lead booker details are collected for NHS Track & Trace.

If you can't attend the event due to COVID-19 symptoms or have been instructed to isolate you may:
1) Resell your ticket via Ticketmaster's Ticket Exchange (closes 48hrs before the event)
2) Request a credit voucher to be used against a different Socially Distanced Event at the Brighton Centre
3) If you cannot resell or use a credit voucher you may apply for a refund. You must contact Ticketmaster at least 48 hours before the event to apply for a credit voucher/refund.
