Alphaville are a German synthpop/new wave band who achieved chart success in the 80s with singles 'Big In Japan' and 'Forever Young'. They continue to release music and tour as a five piece made up of Marian Gold, Carsten Brocker, Dave Goodes, Jakob Kiersch and Alexandra Merl.

FIVE

FIVE appearing at this event

Five are the hugely successful British boy band from the late '90s, but now down to three, consisting of Scott Robinson, Ritchie Neville and Sean Conlon. Five enjoyed remarkable success worlwide, particularly in the United Kingdom, throughout Europe, Asia, Australasia, North and South America. They split up on 27 September 2001, after selling over 20 million records worldwide, having 11 top ten singles and four top ten albums in the UK, selling out Arena tours, and picking up just about every achievable award including Brits and MTV. The band reunited in 2013 as part of The Big Reunion documentary series on ITV2 and have continued to perform since then.

Formed in the early '90s, the Dutch eurodance group was the brainchild of Belgian producers Jean-Paul DeCoster and Phil Wilde. Fronted by rapper Ray Slijngaard and singer Kim Vergouwen (replacing the original singer Anita Doth), the band had enormous worldwide popularity, scoring 16 chart hits, including 'Get Ready For This', 'Twilight Zone', 'No Limit' and 'Tribal Dance'. During their career, they have sold more than 18 million records worldwide.

At the forefront of the commercial dance explosion in '89/'90, the chances of going into a club without hearing the relentless beat of 'Pump Up The Jam' at the time were zero. Also introduced Ya Kid K onto an unsuspecting music scene with their biggest (and best) hit 'Get Up (Before The Night Is Over)'.
