Never miss another 'Editors' show
Editors have announced a full UK tour for October, culminating in a headline show at London Brixton Academy on 24th October. The tour announcement follows three sold out album launch shows at Birmingham Town Hall, Manchester Cathedral and London Clapham Grand to celebrate the forthcoming release of eagerly anticipated album ‘Violence’.
The Autumn tour dates follow a busy summer of live shows for Editors, which sees them support The Cure at their huge BST Hyde Park show on 7th July, play Manchesters Neighbourhood Festival on 27th May and headline the Werchter Classic on 14th July.
‘Violence’ is the sixth album from Editors, and follows 2015’s acclaimed top 5 ‘In Dream’.

This Birmingham-based quartet have enjoyed a rapid rise to success since they met at college in Staffordshire in 2003. An intense sound influenced by iconic bands such as Joy Division, Echo and the Bunnymen and Interpol, their success story began when their 2005 debut album 'The Back Room' reached no. 2 in the UK, selling over half a million copies. Meanwhile 2007's 'An End Has A Start' and 2009's 'In This Light And On This Evening' both reached the no.1 position, while 2013's 'The Weight Of Your Love' and 2015's 'In Dream' also hit the top ten. No mean feat for a band still considered to be 'alternative'. The band return in 2018 with 6th album 'Violence'.
