International Women’s Day: Hot Flash Havoc

A fun and informative evening based on the menopause. It will feature a free screening of the UK première of Hot Flash Havoc, a funny yet thought provoking American documentary film around the controversy, misinformation and myths that surround this important stage of women’s lives.

This is followed by Q&A by a panel of health experts followed by drinks in the bar, where guests can treat themselves to a ‘Mood Swing Martini’.

Health and wellbeing stalls will be available, with free goodie bags available to the first 50 visitors.

Men are of course welcome to come and learn about this natural part of women’s lives, where visitors can learn about symptoms, arm themselves with health knowledge and pick up details of support networks in the area.
