On The Right Tracks

This exhibition explores the city’s involvement in the growth of the railways. There has been a railway station on the current site in Wolverhampton since 1852, followed two years later by a second line on lower ground. Since those early days Wolverhampton has remained an important intersection, with direct access to the south coast, London, the northwest, Scotland and mid Wales.
