Nunsense - The Mega-Musical Version

Nunsense the Mega-Musical follows the crazy antics of a group of nuns from the Little Sisters of Hoboken convent. When Sister Julia, their cook, accidentally serves up some tainted soup; 52 of the sisters are poisoned and die, leaving the remaining living nuns in quite a predicament.

The sisters start a fundraiser to bury the dead, but still have four dead nuns left to bury, who are currently being stored in the kitchen freezer! The nuns decide to put on a variety show extravaganza in order to raise funds before the health department discovers their secret.

Led by their Mother Superior Mary Regina, a former circus performer, her competitive but dignified rival, Sister Mary Hubert, Sister Robert Anne, a streetwise nun from Brooklyn, and Sister Mary Leo a dreamer determined to be the world's first ballerina nun.

Along with childlike Sister Mary Amnesia, who lost her memory when a crucifix fell on her head and a company of all singing and dancing nuns the entertainment is fast and furious! Will this madcap gang succeed?
