The Queens of Noise are doing their maiden gig in The Townhouse Whitley Bay.
The local female four-piece rock tribute and female covers band are famed for their tribute to the The Runaways and Joan Jett & The Blackhearts after appearing at Newcastle O2 Academy mainstage Classic Rock "Christmas Rocks" tribute festival two years running but they are also now providing a homage to a host of female rock and pop stars from the 70's, 80's, 90's and present day.
Artists such as Pat Benetar, Suzi Quattro, No Doubt, Madonna, Lita Ford, Hole, Letters to Cleo and Blondie also feature in this truly eclectic mix of tunes old and new.
If you "love rock and roll" like Joan Jett or just want to "turn back time" with Cher then come along and see for yourselves the pure energy and enthusiasm on stage.
