Marlene Dietrich, the sensational German born actress and singer, shot to international stardom in 1930 in the film The Blue Angel and moved to Hollywood to embark on a dazzling film career.

Husky voiced and fair-haired, she mesmerised her audiences with her unique combination of exotic and extraordinary beauty and a sultry, almost challenging, expression. Her hit songs Falling In Love Again, Johnny, The Boys in the Back Room and  Where Have All The Flowers Gone? have haunted generations of cinema goers ever since.
