Tales From The Willows
Kenneth Grahame's delightful children's classic is brought fabulously to life, in a pair of award-winning, modern adaptations, that delight with surprises, slapstick comedy and outrageous routines set to modern music, that will have the audience singing and clapping along! The colourful, much loved characters (Toad, Badger, Ratty and Mole) as never seen before...! Hearty audience interaction allows the younger viewers to be swept along with the stories and their elders to enjoy a laughter filled show.
WIND IN THE WILLOWS: A retelling of Grahame's classic: Our Riverbankers go on a mighty adventure. Mole, the latest inhabitant, learns the tricks and trades of country life through his new found friend, Ratty. Adrenaline junkie, Toad needs their help, plus that of Badger, to kick his motorcar addiction, but falling off the waggon - he ends up behind bars! In the meantime, Toad Hall has been overrun by stoats and weasels... Will Toad and his friends reclaim Toad Hall? Will Toad be forgiven?
RETURN TO THE WILLOWS: An original sequel... The Riverbank, is calmer than before - now that Toad has reformed - but a new arrival to the river, femme fatale rabbit Madame Tromberie, launches another unexpected adventure for our Riverbankers. Mole's lovesick obsession with Tromberie creates chaos as Toad attempts to give him hilarious romantic advice... Will Mole's woo succeed? And is she who she says she is..?
