Please note that the artists appearing may be subject to change.
'A comedian and magician. You might have seen him on the telly in Channel 4's 'Dirty Tricks', five's 'Monkey Magic' and Sky One's 'The Secret World of Magic'. He has travelled the world performing his own brand of anarchic magic and now you can catch him performing live.
'He's the bastard son of Jackass and Paul Daniels' (Metro)
'The new poster bot for British comedy magic' (The Daily Telegraph).
'Firman is responsible for making it socially acceptable to say that you like magic again' (The Guardian).

Robert tells engaging stories, strong jokes and occasionally performs a bit of musical comedy. Material derives from his unusual life and abstract perspective as he twists his thoughts in a peculiar fashion culminating in always clever, often wordy and sometimes cruel humour.
'Robert White, probably – no definitely – the only asperger, dyslexic, cross lateral,
gay, quarter-Welsh, webbed toed comedian on the circuit' (The Guardian).

'The most original new comedian I've seen in ages' (Adam Bloom).
'Such a brilliant set – well observed, well written and funny obvs' (Josie Long)
'Smart, polemical and witty observations full of insight and devoid of cliche' (Steve Bennett, Chortle)
'Easily the most assured act on the night – he is clearly going places' (Bruce Dessau, Beyond A Joke)
'A fantastic set of perfectly delivered, perfectly timed and perfectly glorious comedy' (Broadway Baby)
'An epic monologue of first world observations and paranoia. The highlight of the night' (Bournemouth Daily Echo)
'Made me genuinely laugh out loud' (The Brighton Argus).

One of the new crop of emerging acts, Ian Smith employs a careful, unhurried delivery that conceals a nicely pointed attitude with a sack full of neat gags to match.
'Fantastically funny' (The Times)
'Star of the future' (Time Out).
'... delightfully offbeat writing, a mastery of phrasing and summons up some fine comic images. A talent, for sure' (http://www.chortle.co.uk).
