Poppy
Poppy premiered in 2014 at RVP in Tunbridge Wells.
The London Ballet Company now returns to commemorate the end of The Battle of the Somme on the 18th November 1916 where 420,000 soldiers lost their lives.
Through the eyes of the child Poppy, follow a family in the cataclysmic turn of events of 1914. The turmoil of family life forever changed, innocence lost, Poppy remains, like the flower, a symbol of hope, and of remembrance.
