England and British Lions lock Geoff Parling was a late bloomer at international level, but has certainly made his name since, being a key player in the Lions famous triumph in Australia in 2013.

Representing the cricketing fraternity, fast bowling terror Devon Malcolm was unplayable on his day, featuring in 40 Tests for England between 1989 and 1997.
