2015 marks 800 years since the Magna Carta was agreed between King John and his barons, so enshrining the rule of law in English society
and limiting authoritarian power. Trowbridge, home to one of the 25 barons,
will be hosting an entertaining event at the Civic Centre on 25th April 2015, with a full day of informative seminars by some of the country’s leading historians.
