Inspired by James Brown, Sun Ra, Fela Kuti and Dub Reggae, Pigbag were formed in 1981.
Their first single "Papa's got a brand new pigbag" got to number 3 in the charts and is still a legendary dance classic track with one of the most catchy horn lines ever written!
Original member Chris Lee now leads this new line up of immensely talented young players.

Pigbag are a legendary British post-punk band. They are perhaps best know for the song "Papa's Got A Brand New Pig Bag".
